Our services rendered in customer service include maintenance and repairs directly in our workshop or onsite by our mobile service technician.

• Performance measurement in qualified test chambers according to PDA TRS 39

• ATP Repeat Inspection

• Calibration of Temperature Monitoring Devices in accordance with the DIN EN 13486 standard

• Maintenance according to VDMA [German Engineering Federation] 24186.

We work according to the EC Directive No. 842/2006 (F-Gase-VO) and EU-VO 1005/2009 of the European Parliament / Council dated May 17th 2006 as well as the national legislation, and we are certified in accordance with the supplementary directive (EC) Nr.303/2008, whereas work on a refrigeration installation is only executable by certified personnel.
